Training Update For May 2004

While I have not really been updating my training information on this site as much as I should, I would like to tell you some of the things that are going on in point form:

1) Training with Travis Buxton for most of 2004 so far
2) Took most of March and April off because of Winterhawk
3) Benched 315 on flat bench and 330 on decline thus far
4) Squat 540 with the smith machine
5) Trained my arms over 17 inches
6) Still use 1 body part per week

3 Blogging Tools Thus Far!!

With the idea that there will be a blogging tool that will continue on into the future with most of the competition out of the way, I have decided to run the same journal with 3 different blogging tools. They are:

1) Nucleus - Been running this one for over 2 years
2) Movable Type - Honestly never gave it much of a chance before and thought that it needed another go. Not to mention it is by far the most popular in the world right now.
3) Expression Engine - A program that is supposed to be purchased and raved by several bloggers today. I signed up for a promotion and won a copy of this program for free. While I have it installed and working on my server, until all entries are copied into MT, I cannot import into this program.

There might be more programs that I install and try, but these 3 are the top out there right now except for a couple that I should mention. Blogger PRO is supposed to rock, but it is for people who want to host with someone and not run on your server. WordPress is gaining momentum, but I just don’t like the look of it or the support it has.

Nucleus is still my favorite and I moderate the forum for them, but I have to be realistic and try other things. That is what makes us smarter and more intelligent!!.

Just About Died Yesterday

Without delay, I will fill you in on what my life has become lately as a VAC Truck driver!!a walking accident waiting to happen.

I had a leak on the check valve of the truck that caused enough H2S to come out to overload my monitor about 20 times.

I had a fucking service crew hand pull open a valve on a pressured pipeline I was draining completely. If he would have slammed my ball, the back door of the truck would have opened in about 5 seconds and I would have died and the gas would have killed everyone else.

I need a new fucking job!!that is for sure!!
