I was really excited when the Sandbox competition was on and I came across a great theme in Diurnal! It is an amazing theme that changes the header with the time of day! I came across this particular theme after doing some quick searching on Adam’s site and then came across a link to a post releasing this theme for wordpress.com users by that girl again. This is the theme that I came across and started using it immediately!

It really is a great theme and I thank everyone involved for putting it up and a special thanks to the author of the theme! Great stuff!

WOW! This theme looks great on your blog Trent.
I wasn’t drawn to it before but it sure looks grand now that I can see it at full size.

I guess I’m not the only one using it then! So much of being different than everyone else!
Just out of interest, how did you sort out the navigation bar, it’s giving me problems on mine.

Pretty simple actually!
div#wrapper {
width:100%;
margin-top:30px;
}
I just put in the margin-top part to it!

Thank you very much!

You are more than welcome! As well, since we are 7 hours apart, there is not very long that we will ever have the same theme as the times are different!

I love how this sets the author’s comments apart from the others. However, I can’t get this to work with my blog. I’ve even copied your CSS file and pasted it into my css editor with Sandbox-10.
Any ideas? Your blog is hosted on WordPress, right?

This site is on wordpress.com like your site using Sandbox 1.0. It should show up. I see that the source of my page puts “s-author-trent loggedin” in the body class and then on my actual comments puts “comment-author-trent bypostauthor”. There was nothing that I did to get it to do this, but maybe view the source of your page and compare it to other comments and what I have in this comment to start off!

Maybe that feature doesn’t work when only previewing the css. I never actually saved it to see what happened.
I like this theme and will be keeping it in mind for the future!

I love this theme and the changes depending on the time are excellent. [Although apparently sunrise is at 5am!]
You should definitely consider it.
