Really that simple 
This is my personal email and want it to remain that way. Please don’t send me emails asking for support or help on things because that is not the place. If it is a wordpress oriented question, ask in the forums. If it is a post related question, comment on the post. I try to answer all my emails, but when it comes to these kinds of issues, I usually do not. Sorry!
